VAT: to the shop, not to us
Dutch VAT of 21 % is already in the shop price of €200.00; you pay it to the shop and it is not refunded.
You pay VAT to the shop and import charges at home; we are not the seller and cannot take those away for you.
Import charges in Norway
No exemption; 25 % VAT and duty by product.
VAT 25% on every parcel since 2024; duty on clothing and textiles among others. Only a VOEC-registered seller collects VAT upfront — a forwarded parcel is not covered.
Example: a parcel worth €200.00
- For a parcel worth €200.00 you pay 25 % Norwegian VAT on delivery plus duty depending on the product; we are not the seller, so no Norwegian VAT is charged in advance (VOEC).
- Whether you pay in advance or on delivery depends on the carrier; you see this when choosing the label.

What do I pay in total for a shipment {naar_land}?
The carrier label plus our handling — both in the calculator in advance — and in addition the import charges of your own country on delivery. VAT to the shop is already in the shop price.
How long does it take {naar_land}?
A parcel from an EU web shop usually reaches your Dutch address within a few working days; we book it in the same or the next working day. Then you choose the carrier, and the calculator shows its delivery time to Norway.
Do I pay import duty {in_land}?
That depends on the value and the product; the rule of your country is above with source and date. We declare the real purchase value and prepare the customs paperwork; the charges themselves you pay to the carrier or your own customs.
