Many Dutch webshops barely ship abroad, if at all. As a reshipper we solve that: you simply order in the Netherlands, your parcels arrive with us and we forward them to your home address — from Belgium to the United States.

Every parcel is checked and registered on arrival. You decide when we ship: each parcel immediately, or bundled into one shipment once everything is in — the latter saves considerably on shipping costs.

    You create your own address in one minute. Your personal customer code and our delivery address are in My DZH right away.

  2. Order with your code

    Order from any Dutch webshop and put your customer code in the address line. We receive, check and report every parcel to you.

  3. Bundle if you like

    We keep your parcels (7 days of storage included) and combine several orders into one shipment.

  4. We ship worldwide

    After your approval we ship with customs paperwork and track & trace, through the best carrier contract for your country.

Your personal customer code

As soon as you have created your own address, My DZH shows our delivery address with your unique customer code. Put that code in the address line of every order — that is how every incoming parcel is matched to you without fail. Announce your parcel as soon as you order; we receive it, check it and forward it. We deliberately publish the address nowhere: that keeps it clean and reliable for our customers.

What does it cost?

Forwarding costs the shipping to your country plus €9.95 handling for the first parcel, €2.95 for each additional parcel in the same shipment and €1.95 from the fifth parcel onwards (excl. VAT). The first 7 days of storage are included; after that we charge from €1.00 per parcel per day. The calculator shows right away what that comes to for your parcel.

Frequently asked questions

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We forward parcels to more than 200 countries and territories: within the EU without customs, elsewhere with the customs paperwork included. Choose your country in the calculator to see the shipping cost straight away.

Do I get my own Dutch address?

You get our delivery address plus a unique customer code for the address line. That combination is yours: every parcel arriving with it is automatically linked to your account. The address is in My DZH as soon as you have created your own address — that takes one minute.

Do I pay import duties when you forward to the US?

Yes, count on it. Since 29 August 2025 the US no longer exempts shipments under $800 — almost every parcel can be charged, regardless of value. The recipient pays those costs; we point them out honestly beforehand.

Can you fill in 'gift' or a lower value?

No. That is customs fraud and the risk — seizure, fines, delay — lies with you as the recipient. We always declare the actual purchase value.

How long do you keep my parcels?

The first 7 days of storage are included. After that we charge from €1.00 per parcel per day (excl. VAT). Tip: order only when you intend to have things shipped soon.
