Does Coolblue deliver abroad?

What we found on the shop's own pages, with the date we checked. Shipping policies change, so the shop's page is always leading.

  • Coolblue's delivery FAQ says small products can come as standard or evening delivery or be collected from a PostNL point, and that for large products delivered by Coolblue itself (CoolblueBezorgt) you choose a four-hour time slot at an extra charge.

Where does your DZH code go at Coolblue?

Put your DZH code in the second address line or, if there is none, after your name — exactly as it appears in the e-mail with your customer code. We have not checked what the address form at Coolblue looks like.

Frequently asked questions

Does Coolblue ship to the USA or to my country?

Coolblue's delivery page does not say that coolblue.nl delivers outside the Netherlands, but it does link to separate Coolblue shops for Belgium and Germany; if you live there, look there first. Anywhere else, order to our Dutch delivery address with your DZH customer code instead: we receive the parcel, check it and forward it to your door.

What if your Coolblue order contains a battery?

Mention the battery in the description when you register the parcel, and whether the item is new or used. Loose lithium batteries are allowed only with restrictions: tick them under the dangerous or restricted goods and we check what is possible. A large television or appliance is priced on its weight and size in the calculator.

What does forwarding a Coolblue order cost?

The starting prices per country on this page are for a 1 kg parcel of 20 × 20 × 10 cm, handling and packaging included; heavier or larger parcels are priced instantly in the calculator. Any domestic delivery charge from Coolblue to our address comes on top, as does your own country's import duty and VAT outside the EU.
