Yes. Australia is outside the EU: import duty and VAT are charged on arrival and are excluded from our price. We declare the real purchase value; declaring a lower value is customs fraud and we never do that.
Do I get a Dutch address for my orders to Australia?
Yes. After signing up you receive your own customer code and our delivery address in the Netherlands. You enter that address at the web shop; we receive the parcel and forward it to Australia.
Can I bundle several orders to Australia?
Yes. We store the parcels that arrive for you and, at your request, send them as one shipment to Australia. You then pay shipping once instead of per parcel.
