Winning a lot is the easy part. It then has to be collected within days — often at a location without loading assistance, sometimes a province or a border away. Our auction collection service takes that off your hands completely: you send the invoice, we plan the trip.
We drive past Dutch and Belgian auction locations daily and deliver throughout Europe. Heavy, fragile or bulky? Tell us in advance, and the right van and the right number of hands will be ready.

Email or message us the paid invoice with lot number(s), collection location and final collection date. Several lots or auctions? We combine them into a single trip.

Our driver reports with your invoice, checks the lot and loads it himself — including the lifting.

Delivered home, insured
We deliver to your address in the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe, by appointment. The lot is insured against damage and loss for the entire trip.
Collecting from Troostwijk, Vavato and other auction houses
Auction houses do not help with lifting and set strict collection deadlines; arriving late can cost you the lot. With your paid invoice (with QR code or lot number) we may collect on your behalf — that authorisation is almost always sufficient. Send the invoice with your request and we will confirm immediately whether the deadline is feasible.

What does it cost?
A collection trip starts from €35.00 per hour plus €0.35 per kilometre (excl. VAT); you pay for the actual trip, not a day rate. Enter the lot location and your home address in the calculator and you will see a from-price within a minute.
Frequently asked questions
I don't have a car or trailer — will you collect my lot?
Yes, that is exactly what this service is for. Send your lot number, the collection location and the final collection date, and we plan the trip — often cheaper than renting a van yourself.
Do you also help with lifting and loading?
Yes. Auction houses do not help with this themselves and usually provide no forklift. Pass on dimensions and weight in advance, and we arrive with the right vehicle and enough manpower.
What do you need to collect on my behalf?
The paid auction invoice with QR code or lot number is almost always sufficient authorisation. Send it digitally in advance, so the driver has everything ready at the desk.
Is this cheaper than renting a van myself?
Usually, yes. You only pay the actual hours and kilometres instead of rental, fuel and deposit — and you don't lose a day yourself. The calculator gives an instant from-price for your trip.
Is my lot insured during transport?
Yes, your lot is insured against damage and loss during the trip. Valuable or fragile? Tell us in advance and we will agree an appropriate higher coverage.
