More and more shops deliver only within the Netherlands, or only to a pick-up point. Living abroad, or unable to get there yourself? Our click & collect service solves it: you simply order from IKEA, bol.com, MediaMarkt or any other Dutch shop, and we handle the rest.
We collect at the shop or pick-up point, check the order, pack it properly and ship it through our worldwide carrier contracts — with track & trace and insurance. Since 2020 we have arranged this from Heesch, for customers from Amsterdam to New York.

You place the order
Order from the Dutch shop yourself and choose click & collect. Forward us the collection confirmation — that is usually all we need.

We collect
Our courier picks up the order at the shop or pick-up point, shows identification where required and checks the parcel for visible damage.

We pack your order securely, prepare the customs paperwork and ship through the best carrier contract — or deliver it ourselves within the Netherlands and the EU.

What does it cost?
The price depends on size, weight and destination. The trip itself costs from €35.00 per hour and €0.35 per kilometre (excl. VAT); international shipping follows our current carrier contracts. The calculator shows a from-price for your destination within a minute.
Frequently asked questions
Does my shop even ship to my country, or do I need you?
Most Dutch shops deliver only within the Netherlands or the EU. Outside the EU you usually need a collection and forwarding partner. We collect from any Dutch shop and ship worldwide — the shop's own shipping policy no longer matters.
Do I have to pay import duties if my parcel goes to the US?
Yes, expect to. Since 29 August 2025 the US no longer exempts parcels under $800; almost every shipment can incur import duties. The amount depends on the product category — we cannot make it zero, but we can estimate it in advance.
Who pays the import duties — me or DZH Transport?
By default the recipient pays import duties and import VAT to the carrier or customs, just as with PostNL or DHL. Want everything settled up front? We will discuss that in the quote.
Can you declare a lower value or mark the parcel as a gift?
No. The customs value must be the actual purchase value; deliberately under-declaring is customs fraud, with a risk of seizure and fines for you as the recipient. We always declare correctly.
Can you combine orders from several shops?
Yes. We gather your orders and ship them as one parcel — which saves considerably on international shipping. Bear in mind that we wait until all partial orders have arrived.
