Can you deliver a Dior gift directly to the recipient?
Yes, including control over the timing: we schedule delivery for a date and time of day you choose, and can hold the parcel until then. A personal message or card is added on request.
What does the outside of the parcel show?
A neutral box with an address label and a functional description of the contents — no brand name, no boutique logo, nothing that gives the contents away. The original Dior packaging sits inside untouched.
Do I get the receipt and authenticity documents with it?
Always: receipt, certificates and any service cards travel with the item and are recorded digitally beforehand. With an anonymous purchase we can keep them separate on request, so the gift itself reveals no price tag.
