Dior purchases are strikingly often gifts, and gifts put their own demands on logistics: no delivery notification that spoils the surprise, no recognisable box on the doormat, no awkward questions at the wrong moment. We build the transport around that. You order or buy yourself — online or in the boutique — and we collect, pack neutrally and deliver to the address and the moment you choose: at home while the recipient is out, at the office, or not until next month.
Should the recipient notice nothing along the way either, we keep the parcel with us until the agreed day and hold receipt and certificates apart from the gift, so that no price tag travels along. Insurance is available too, up to the purchase value and the maximum for your route (jewellery, art, collectibles and, with PostNL within the Netherlands and Belgium, electronics over €250 are paid by the carrier, even when insured, only up to its normal liability).

You place the order
Order from the Dutch shop yourself and choose click & collect. Forward us the collection confirmation — that is usually all we need.

We collect
Our courier picks up the order at the shop or pick-up point, shows identification where required and checks the parcel for visible damage.

Packing and shipping
We pack your order securely, prepare the customs paperwork and ship through the best carrier contract — or deliver it ourselves within the Netherlands and the EU.

You follow the shipment with track & trace and receive it at your door. Questions along the way? One message is enough.
Frequently asked questions
Can you deliver a Dior gift directly to the recipient?
Yes, including control over the timing: we schedule delivery for a date and time of day you choose, and can hold the parcel until then. A personal message or card is added on request.
What does the outside of the parcel show?
A neutral box with an address label and a functional description of the contents — no brand name, no boutique logo, nothing that gives the contents away. The original Dior packaging sits inside untouched.
Do I get the receipt and authenticity documents with it?
Always: receipt, certificates and any service cards travel with the item and are recorded digitally beforehand. For a gift we can keep them separate on request, so the gift itself reveals no price tag.
