You know exactly what you want — but the shop is far away, the item is scarce, or you simply do not have the time. Our personal shopper buys it on your behalf: no styling advice, but a careful purchasing assignment based on your link, photo or description.
We buy in Dutch shopping streets and in European shopping cities such as Antwerp, Düsseldorf and Paris. The proof of purchase comes with the item, so warranty and authenticity can always be demonstrated.

The purchase amount and the service fee are paid up front; we do not advance purchases. That keeps the assignment clear for both sides.

The shopper buys exactly the agreed item and documents the purchase with the receipt and photos on the spot. Out of stock? You get the purchase amount back and we discuss an alternative.

What does it cost?
The personal shopper works with a fixed service fee from €95.00 plus travel costs: from €35.00 per hour and €0.35 per kilometre (excl. VAT). The purchase amount and the fee are paid in advance. Use the calculator to work out your assignment.
Frequently asked questions
Does the shopper choose for me, or do I decide what is bought?
You decide. You specify a concrete item via link, photo or description, and the shopper buys exactly that. It is a purchasing assignment, not a styling service.
Do I have to pay the purchase amount in advance?
Yes. The purchase amount plus the service fee are paid before the assignment starts; we do not advance purchases. You receive the original proof of purchase on delivery.
What if the item turns out to be sold out when the shopper is in the store?
Then you get the full purchase amount back. For the travel time we only charge the actual costs incurred, and in consultation we look for a comparable alternative.
Are travel time and kilometres already included in the service fee?
No, they are charged separately: the fee covers finding, buying and documenting; travel time and kilometres follow our hourly and kilometre rates. The calculator adds everything up for you in advance.
Can I return the item if I don't like it?
Often yes, via the shop's own return policy. If you wish, we handle the physical return transport at our normal trip rates — report it within the shop's return window.
