Personal shopper: we order from Dutch web shops for you
Does a Dutch web shop not deliver to your country, or refuse your payment card? Paste the product link: we buy the item, receive it at our warehouse and forward it to your address.
You need an account with a DZH address for this. It is ready in one minute.
You have already found the item, only the checkout does not work: the web shop only delivers in the Netherlands, does not accept your foreign card or asks for a Dutch address. That is where our personal shopper takes over the checkout. You choose, we buy — exactly the item in your link, in the quantity and version you specify.
We only buy online, from the web shop itself, and only after you have paid. The parcel arrives at our warehouse in the Netherlands. We then send it to your address — together with your other parcels in one shipment, if you like.
How it works

You paste the product link
Copy the link to the item and paste it into My DZH. Enter the quantity and your preferences, such as size or colour, and what we should do if the item is not available.

We buy it for you
You pay in advance: the items and our costs. We then order and pay at the web shop, with your DZH address as the delivery address.

The parcel comes to our warehouse
As soon as we have ordered, the parcel appears in My parcels in My DZH. The web shop delivers it to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

We forward it
Once the parcel has arrived, we ship it to your address, on its own or together with your other parcels. You see the shipping costs in advance, as with any other parcel.
What you pay
You pay the web shop’s price, plus our costs per order:
- Fixed fee €4.95 per order
- Commission 4 % on the items
- Processing costs 7 % on the items
Example: if you order items worth €100.00, our costs come to €15.95 in total.
VAT may apply to the costs, depending on your country and whether you order as a business. You see the total before you pay. Shipping to you is paid later, as with any parcel.
Discount for members
With a membership you pay less for every order. The discount comes off our costs, not off the items. You choose a membership in My DZH.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
A fixed fee of €4.95 per order plus 4 % commission and 7 % handling on the items — together our service. For example: on €100.00 of items that is €15.95 service. You see the overview before you pay; the shipping costs to you follow later, after weighing and measuring.
When do I pay?
In advance, when you place the order. We only buy after your payment. Without payment the order lapses; your cart stays.
Which web shops can you order from for me?
At Dutch web shops: you paste the product link, we do the rest. We buy online only, from the web shop itself. If a web shop only delivers in the Netherlands, or refuses your foreign card, that is exactly what the personal shopper is for.
Do I need an account?
Yes, an account with a DZH address: that is where we have your items delivered. Setting it up takes one minute. After that you will find Personal shopper in the My DZH menu.
What if it is not available?
You choose per item: we contact you, buy a similar item up to an amount you set, or skip it. For a skipped item you get that amount back; the fee remains. You receive a credit note for it and we refund the amount.
Can I cancel?
Yes, as long as we have not bought anything yet, via the button on your order. After that the webshop’s return policy applies. If you had already paid, you receive a credit note and we refund the amount.
Can I pass on a discount code?
Yes, put it in the item’s preferences. If the price at purchase is lower than you stated, you get the difference back. That too goes via a credit note.
How does it reach me?
As soon as it is bought, it appears as a parcel in My parcels. After arrival at DZH you ship it as always, together with your other parcels.
