Fragile, beloved and missed all over the world
Those who leave the Netherlands often find themselves missing the same things after a few months: the fragrance sticks, the foaming shower gel, the Rituals gift set that sits on every Dutch high street. Ordering from abroad is not always possible; collecting from a Dutch point of sale is — and that is what we do. Every bottle and jar travels in its own cushioning, upright where it should be, with fragile glass items separated from the rest.
Please note: perfume and aerosols fall under transport rules that differ per destination and mode of transport. We assess per item what can travel to your country and tell you honestly in advance if something cannot come along — that item stays here and you pay no shipping for it either. If you order Dutch products regularly, have a look at our reshipper service with your own customer code: collecting and shipping in one bundle cuts the cost per order considerably.

You place the order
Order from the Dutch shop yourself and choose click & collect. Forward us the collection confirmation — that is usually all we need.

We collect
Our courier picks up the order at the shop or pick-up point, shows identification where required and checks the parcel for visible damage.

Packing and shipping
We pack your order securely, prepare the customs paperwork and ship through the best carrier contract — or deliver it ourselves within the Netherlands and the EU.

You follow the shipment with track & trace and receive it insured at your door. Questions along the way? One message is enough.
Frequently asked questions
How do you pack glass bottles and fragrance sticks?
Every fragile item gets its own protection and sits firmly in the box, so nothing can knock together. At collection we also check that everything left the shop intact; any damage is reported immediately, before shipping.
Can perfume simply travel abroad?
Not always: perfume and aerosols are subject to transport restrictions that depend on the country and the shipping method. We check this per item in advance and match the shipping method to it; whatever is not allowed does not come along — you hear that beforehand.
Can several Rituals orders be shipped together?
Yes, and with light items like these it pays off quickly: one well-filled box ships far better value than three half-empty ones. We hold incoming orders until you say everything has arrived and then turn them into a single shipment.
