Furniture needs a plan, not a parcel label
An IKEA order is rarely one manageable box. A PAX wardrobe arrives as long, heavy packages of over two metres; a sofa easily reaches forty kilos. That is exactly why our click & collect service for IKEA works differently from the one for a handbag or a pair of sneakers: we check dimensions and weight up front, choose the right van and, for larger orders, load everything onto a pallet so it leaves in one go and without damage.
You order online from IKEA yourself and choose store or pick-up point collection. We take over from there: collecting on the agreed day, counting packages against your order confirmation, stacking carefully and strapping everything down. Flat packs also stack efficiently — which lowers the shipping cost per cubic metre.
We are happy to include a bargain-corner find too — ex-display and returned furniture sold only in-store. Assembled pieces are dismantled where that can be done safely; otherwise they travel upright, wrapped in blankets. Furnishing a second home in France or Spain? Order from the Dutch shop yourself and choose click & collect. Forward us the collection confirmation — that is usually all we need.

We collect
Our courier picks up the order at the shop or pick-up point, shows identification where required and checks the parcel for visible damage.

We pack your order securely, prepare the customs paperwork and ship through the best carrier contract — or deliver it ourselves within the Netherlands and the EU.

Frequently asked questions
Will a complete PAX wardrobe or corner sofa actually fit in your transport?
Yes. Our vans offer plenty of loading length, and for heavy or bulky orders we work with pallets. Share the article number or dimensions when you enquire and we will schedule the right vehicle straight away.
Do you also collect an assembled ex-display or bargain-corner item?
Yes, including furniture that is already built. Where dismantling can be done safely, we do it before transport; otherwise the piece travels upright, secured and protected with blankets. Please mention in your request that the item is already assembled.
Can I have IKEA furniture shipped to the United States?
You can — just allow for import charges. The American exemption for shipments up to $800 was suspended on 29 August 2025, so furniture shipments can be taxed on arrival too. Those charges are collected from you as the recipient by customs; we always declare the true value.
