For those who value the box as much as the bricks
Collectors know: a LEGO set is two products in one. The building set itself, and the cardboard around it, which can carry half the value at resale. Our couriers therefore treat every set like fragile printwork — no tape on the carton, no label on the original box, but a roomy outer box with cushioning in between.
Large sets are also genuinely large: a modular building or UCS ship quickly weighs five to eight kilos boxed and measures over half a metre. That size makes standard parcel formats a tight fit; we pack to size and insure the shipment for its purchase value.
Some sets are only stocked in the LEGO Store itself, or are store exclusives during a launch. If you cannot be there, our personal shopper buys the set on your instructions — you see the receipt and the seals in photos before anything leaves.

You place the order
Order from the Dutch shop yourself and choose click & collect. Forward us the collection confirmation — that is usually all we need.

We collect
Our courier picks up the order at the shop or pick-up point, shows identification where required and checks the parcel for visible damage.

We pack your order securely, prepare the customs paperwork and ship through the best carrier contract — or deliver it ourselves within the Netherlands and the EU.

Frequently asked questions
Do the seals and the box stay undamaged in transit?
That is what our packing is designed around: the set goes untouched into a larger outer box with cushioning all round, so tape and labels only ever touch the outer box. Corners and seals are photographed at collection.
Do you check whether a set is complete?
Not with a sealed box — opening it would destroy value; we inspect the outside and the seals. Only with a set that is already open do we count the numbered bags on request.
How much are import duties when shipping LEGO to the US?
That depends on the value and the goods code US customs applies; since late August 2025 there is no longer a threshold below which a shipment stays duty-free. We complete the customs paperwork truthfully; the duty itself is set by customs.
