How do you collect a parcel from a pick-up point?
You forward us the collection confirmation with the code (plus an authorisation where the point asks for one); our courier shows ID and receives the parcel. Mind the collection window — usually about a week — so forward the code right after the delivery notification.
Does this also work for items from partner sellers on bol.com?
Yes. It makes no difference to us who dispatched the parcel — once it is at the pick-up point, we include it in your shipment. Do keep in mind that partial deliveries can arrive on different days.
