On request we deliver personally at an agreed time, rather than through a parcel network.

Frequently asked questions
Can you tell from the outside that a Louis Vuitton item is in the box?
No. The original box with dust bag goes untouched into a sturdy, unmarked outer box without brand markings; the shipping label carries a functional description, not a brand name.
For what amount is my bag insured in transit?
For the full purchase value according to your receipt; we record that value at collection, along with photos of the piece. For exceptionally valuable pieces we discuss cover and mode of transport beforehand — sometimes personal delivery is then the wisest route.
Is a European Louis Vuitton purchase still worth it for US buyers?
The price gap between Europe and the US is often substantial, but do the maths honestly: since 29 August 2025 the US also taxes shipments that used to fall under the $800 exemption. We declare the true purchase value — understating it is customs fraud and puts your piece at risk. In many cases the difference still holds up.
