Knowing exactly what goes into the box
With a brand as widely counterfeited as this one, provenance outweighs everything. Our role is keeping that provenance intact: you buy from Gucci yourself — online with boutique collection, or directly in-store — and we document the chain seamlessly from there. Receipt, authenticity card and packaging are photographed at collection, the piece travels insured and discreetly in a neutral outer box, and every hand-over is signed for. No one ever needs to doubt what we received at the boutique.
Unsure beforehand about fit or colour — loafers fit differently from sneakers, and a belt is quickly one hole too big — then our personal shopper takes your measurements to the store and reports back with photos before buying. And if it truly does not fit afterwards, we handle the transport for the exchange.

Order from the Dutch shop yourself and choose click & collect. Forward us the collection confirmation — that is usually all we need.

Our courier picks up the order at the shop or pick-up point, shows identification where required and checks the parcel for visible damage.

We pack your order securely, prepare the customs paperwork and ship through the best carrier contract — or deliver it ourselves within the Netherlands and the EU.

How do I know my Gucci item arrives untouched?
We do not open the boutique packaging: it goes photographed into our sealed outer box. You receive the photos of every layer before dispatch, so you can compare them with what arrives.
What if it doesn't fit — can it go back to the store?
Exchanges and returns are arranged with Gucci under their conditions; mind the deadline that applies. We handle the transport back to the Netherlands as a separate run — tell us quickly and we will make that deadline together.
Do I pay extra in the US on top of the European price?
Yes — allow for American import charges on the purchase value; the exemption for lower amounts has been gone since August 2025. Ask us for an estimate beforehand and you will know whether the European price advantage holds up for your model — it often does.
