From drop to doormat, without a crease in the box
With sneakers the rush starts on release day and never lets up: whoever secures something at a drop doesn't want to wait weeks to hold it. So we collect Nike orders shortly after you give the word — usually within one to two working days — and the shipment goes straight into our schedule. For collectors there is also the rule every sneakerhead knows: the shoebox should stay as clean as the shoes. We therefore ship with a second box around it as standard — never a label or tape on the original.
Releases available only in the Netherlands, or dropping here first, are bought by our personal shopper on your instructions — within the rules of the sale: no tricks, just someone who is there on time. And if the size turns out wrong after all, we arrange the exchange transport.

You place the order
Order from the Dutch shop yourself and choose click & collect. Forward us the collection confirmation — that is usually all we need.

We collect
Our courier picks up the order at the shop or pick-up point, shows identification where required and checks the parcel for visible damage.

Packing and shipping
We pack your order securely, prepare the customs paperwork and ship through the best carrier contract — or deliver it ourselves within the Netherlands and the EU.

Frequently asked questions
How fast can you ship after a release?
As soon as your order is ready at the store or pick-up point, we usually collect it within one to two working days; shipping follows straight after. Mention in your request that this is a release and we will plan capacity for it.
Will the original sneaker box arrive without damage?
Our packing is built for that: the shoebox goes into a sturdy outer box with cushioning, and labels and tape only ever touch that outside. The condition of the box is photographed at collection.
What if the size is wrong?
Exchanges run through Nike or the store where you bought, within their return period; we take care of the transport both ways. In doubt beforehand? Our personal shopper asks in-store how the model fits.
