Does Decathlon ship to the USA?

Does Decathlon deliver abroad?

What we found on the shop's own pages, with the date we checked. Shipping policies change, so the shop's page is always leading.

  • Decathlon.nl's help page states that orders from the Dutch web shop are delivered only to addresses in the Netherlands, and refers to decathlon.com to order from the Decathlon site of another country.

  • The same page says an order placed from abroad on the Dutch site is only possible with a Dutch destination, and advises Dutch billing details as well, to avoid technical errors and automatic cancellations.

  • Decathlon.nl's payment page lists iDEAL | Wero, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, and paying afterwards with Klarna or Riverty; it states that Visa Debit, American Express and foreign credit cards are not supported.

  • Decathlon.nl's ordering help says items labelled “Verkocht en verzonden door …” (sold and shipped by …) are sent directly by the partner seller, and that a basket mixing Decathlon and partner items is split into separate parcels.

  • Decathlon.nl's help page on returns abroad says you can post a product from abroad to its warehouse in the Netherlands at your own shipping cost; own-brand items can be taken to any Decathlon store worldwide for assessment, where the local team decides, but partner items cannot be returned in a store.

Put your DZH code in the second address line or, if there is none, after your name — exactly as it appears in the e-mail with your customer code. We have not checked what the address form at Decathlon looks like.

Frequently asked questions

Does Decathlon ship to the USA or to my country?

Decathlon.nl's help page says orders from the Dutch web shop are delivered only within the Netherlands; for other countries it refers to decathlon.com, where you pick the Decathlon site of your own country. If you want to order from decathlon.nl itself, order to our Dutch delivery address with your DZH customer code instead: we receive the parcel, check it and forward it to your door. Note that Decathlon advises Dutch billing details for orders placed from abroad, to avoid automatic cancellations; if that is a problem, our personal shopper can buy the item for you.

How does forwarding a Decathlon order work?

You sign up once as a reshipper customer and receive a personal customer code plus our delivery address by e-mail. You then order at Decathlon as usual, using that address and your code. We check and photograph the parcel on arrival, bundle several parcels into one shipment if you wish, and ship it insured with customs paperwork and track & trace. Bundling is handy with Decathlon, because items from partner sellers arrive as separate parcels.

What does forwarding a Decathlon order cost?

The starting prices per country on this page are for a 1 kg parcel of 20 × 20 × 10 cm, handling and packaging included; heavier or larger parcels are priced instantly in the calculator. Any domestic delivery charge from Decathlon to our address comes on top, as does your own country's import duty and VAT outside the EU.
