Swiss customers have Decathlon stores and decathlon.ch, but prices and stock differ from the Dutch site, and some Quechua, Forclaz and Rockrider models are only listed on decathlon.nl — a shop that delivers within the Netherlands only and does not accept foreign credit cards. With your Dutch address at DZH you order as a Dutch customer; our personal shopper pays if your Swiss card is refused. Switzerland sits outside the EU customs union and has no value threshold: VAT is due unless it would stay below CHF 5, so even a small sportswear order is usually taxed on arrival. We declare the real value and prepare the paperwork, so the parcel is not held at the border.

No: decathlon.nl's help page says orders from the Dutch web shop are delivered only within the Netherlands and refers other countries to decathlon.com. If decathlon.ch does not have the item, order it from the Dutch site to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward the parcel to Switzerland.
What does Swiss customs charge on a Decathlon parcel?
Switzerland has no exemption by value: VAT is charged on the goods plus shipping unless the amount would stay below CHF 5, and duty may apply depending on the product. The carrier collects it on delivery, usually with a clearance fee. We declare the real purchase value and attach the customs form, so there is nothing for you to arrange.
Can I pay at decathlon.nl with a Swiss credit card?
Decathlon's payment page says foreign credit cards and American Express are not supported, and it advises Dutch billing details for orders placed from abroad. If your card is declined, our personal shopper places and pays the order in the Netherlands; you settle with us and the parcel arrives under your customer code.
