Dutch VAT of 21 % is already in the shop price of €200.00; you pay it to the shop and it is not refunded.
You pay VAT to the shop and import charges at home; we are not the seller and cannot take those away for you.
Import charges in Switzerland
No value threshold; nothing is charged if the VAT would be below CHF 5.
VAT 8.1%, only collected when the VAT amount exceeds CHF 5; since 1 January 2024 industrial goods (clothing, electronics, household) are duty-free.
Example: a parcel worth €200.00
- For a parcel worth €200.00 you pay 8.1 % Swiss VAT on delivery; duty on most consumer goods is close to zero, but the carrier charges a clearance fee.
- You pay the charges to the carrier on delivery, usually plus a fixed clearance fee.

What do I pay in total for a shipment {naar_land}?
The carrier label plus our handling — both in the calculator in advance — and in addition the import charges of your own country on delivery. VAT to the shop is already in the shop price.
How long does it take {naar_land}?
A parcel from an EU web shop usually reaches your Dutch address within a few working days; we book it in the same or the next working day. Then you choose the carrier, and the calculator shows its delivery time to Switzerland.
Do I pay import duty {in_land}?
That depends on the value and the product; the rule of your country is above with source and date. We declare the real purchase value and prepare the customs paperwork; the charges themselves you pay to the carrier or your own customs.
