Does Coolblue ship to the USA?
Forwarding Coolblue orders to Switzerland
Switzerland sits next door to the EU but outside it, and Coolblue's delivery page only describes the Netherlands with links to its Belgian and German shops, so a Swiss address does not work at checkout. Dutch expats around Zurich, Basel and Geneva still order at Coolblue for Senseo and Philips accessories, e-readers, headphones and the small kitchen devices they know from home. With a Dutch address from DZH you order as a Dutch customer; we receive the parcel, photograph it and ship it to Switzerland with the customs paperwork attached. Swiss customs has no value threshold, but nothing is charged when the VAT would stay below CHF 5.
You know the price before you order. No subscription, no minimum term.
What Coolblue does and does not deliver to Switzerland
-
Coolblue's delivery FAQ says small products can come as standard or evening delivery or be collected from a PostNL point, and that for large products delivered by Coolblue itself (CoolblueBezorgt) you choose a four-hour time slot at an extra charge.
DZH Transport is an independent service provider and not a partner of Coolblue.

Frequently asked questions
Does Coolblue ship to Switzerland?
Coolblue's delivery page covers the Netherlands and links to its Belgian and German shops; Switzerland is not mentioned. Order to your Dutch address at DZH with your customer code, and we forward the parcel to any Swiss address with the carrier you choose. Because Switzerland is outside the EU, we prepare the customs paperwork.
Do I pay Swiss VAT or duty on a Coolblue order?
Switzerland has no value threshold, but no charge is made when the VAT on the shipment would stay below CHF 5. Most electronics orders are above that, so expect Swiss VAT on the value; duty depends on the product. The carrier collects it, often with a clearance fee. We declare the real purchase value and a precise description.
Will a Coolblue device work in Switzerland?
Yes: Switzerland uses 230 volts, the same as the Netherlands, and the slim two-pin European plug fits Swiss sockets. Only devices with a thick, earthed European plug need a Swiss adapter. Devices with large lithium batteries are restricted by some carriers, so ask us before ordering those.
