British customers know Decathlon from its UK stores, but the Dutch web shop stocks sizes, colours and own-brand items that decathlon.co.uk does not always carry — and decathlon.nl delivers only within the Netherlands and refuses foreign credit cards. Since Brexit a parcel from the Netherlands is an import: UK VAT is due from the first pound and duty only above GBP 135, which for light sports clothing usually matters more than the label itself. What Decathlon does and does not deliver to the United Kingdom

Decathlon.nl's help page states that orders from the Dutch web shop are delivered only to addresses in the Netherlands, and refers to decathlon.com to order from the Decathlon site of another country.

The same page says an order placed from abroad on the Dutch site is only possible with a Dutch destination, and advises Dutch billing details as well, to avoid technical errors and automatic cancellations.

Does Decathlon ship to the UK from the Netherlands?
Not from decathlon.nl: its help page says the Dutch web shop delivers only within the Netherlands and refers UK customers to the Decathlon site of their own country. If the item you want is only on the Dutch site, order it to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward the parcel to the UK.
What do I pay in UK VAT and duty on a Decathlon parcel?
UK VAT is charged from the first pound on the value of the goods plus shipping. Duty only comes on top when the parcel is worth more than GBP 135. The carrier collects both on delivery, sometimes with a handling fee. We declare the real purchase value and attach the customs form, so there is nothing for you to fill in.
Will decathlon.nl accept my British card and address details?
Decathlon's payment page says foreign credit cards are not supported, and the help page advises Dutch billing details to avoid automatic cancellations.
