Decathlon Canada has its own stores and web shop, but the range is smaller than in Europe: Canadians regularly hunt for a Quechua model, a Van Rysel cycling kit or a Kiprun shoe that only decathlon.nl carries. The Dutch shop delivers only within the Netherlands and does not take foreign credit cards, so a Canadian order stalls at checkout. With your Dutch address at DZH you order as a Dutch customer, and our personal shopper pays if your card is refused. Canada's exemption for parcels from the EU is just CAD 20, so expect GST/HST and duty on almost any sports order; for light clothing those usually outweigh the shipping label.

Does Decathlon ship to Canada from the Netherlands?
Not from decathlon.nl: its help page says orders from the Dutch web shop are delivered only within the Netherlands and points other countries to decathlon.com. Decathlon Canada may already have what you need; if not, order from the Dutch site to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward the parcel to Canada.
What does Canadian customs charge on a Decathlon parcel from the Netherlands?
The exemption for parcels from the EU is only CAD 20, so GST or HST for your province applies to nearly every order, plus duty that depends on the product and where it was made. The carrier collects it on delivery, often with a brokerage fee. We declare the real purchase value and attach the customs form.
Can I pay at decathlon.nl with a Canadian credit card?
Decathlon's payment page says foreign credit cards and American Express are not supported, and it advises Dutch billing details for orders from abroad. If your card is refused, use our personal shopper: we place and pay the order in the Netherlands, you settle with us, and the parcel arrives under your customer code.
