How long does forwarding to China take?
We ship on the working day after your approval; the transit time depends on the carrier and on customs. Where we have a reliable figure it is shown on this page under delivery time; otherwise ask us before you order.
What does a parcel to China cost?
The starting price on this page covers a 1 kg parcel of 20 × 20 × 10 cm including handling and packaging. Heavier or larger parcels are priced instantly in the calculator; bundling several parcels into one shipment is usually the cheapest option.
Do I pay import duty in China?
Yes. China is outside the EU: import duty and VAT are charged on arrival and are excluded from our price. We declare the real purchase value; declaring a lower value is customs fraud and we never do that.
Do I get a Dutch address for my orders to China?
Yes. After signing up you receive your own customer code and our delivery address in the Netherlands. You enter that address at the web shop; we receive the parcel and forward it to China.
Can I bundle several orders to China?
Yes. We store the parcels that arrive for you and, at your request, send them as one shipment to China. You then pay shipping once instead of per parcel.
Can I track my shipment to China?
Yes. Every shipment gets its own tracking page with the status at our warehouse and the courier information once the parcel is on its way to China.

How do I pay for forwarding to China?
