Does HEMA deliver abroad?

What we found on the shop's own pages, with the date we checked. Shipping policies change, so the shop's page is always leading.

  • HEMA's customer service answer on delivery abroad says that abroad you can only order in Belgium, Germany and France, and that ordering for or delivery to other countries is not possible.

Where does your DZH code go at HEMA?

Put your DZH code in the second address line or, if there is none, after your name — exactly as it appears in the e-mail with your customer code. We have not checked what the address form at HEMA looks like.

Frequently asked questions

Does HEMA ship to the USA or to my country?

HEMA's customer service says that abroad you can only order in Belgium, Germany and France, each time in the country where HEMA delivers. If you live in one of those countries, order from HEMA there. Anywhere else, order on hema.nl to our Dutch delivery address with your DZH customer code instead: we receive the parcel, check it and forward it to your door.

Can you forward food from HEMA?

Not everything. We do not ship perishable goods, so fresh cakes stay here. Other food is allowed only with restrictions: tick it under the restricted goods when you register the parcel, and we check what is possible. Non-food items such as homeware, kids' clothing and stationery are forwarded like any other parcel.

What does forwarding a HEMA order cost?

The starting prices per country on this page are for a 1 kg parcel of 20 × 20 × 10 cm, handling and packaging included; heavier or larger parcels are priced instantly in the calculator. Any domestic delivery charge from HEMA to our address comes on top, as does your own country's import duty and VAT outside the EU.
