Do I pay import duty in Italy?
No. Italy is in the EU, so there is no customs clearance and no import duty; for private customers our price includes Dutch VAT.
Do I get a Dutch address for my orders to Italy?
Yes. After signing up you receive your own customer code and our delivery address in the Netherlands. You enter that address at the web shop; we receive the parcel and forward it to Italy.
Can I bundle several orders to Italy?
Yes. We store the parcels that arrive for you and, at your request, send them as one shipment to Italy. You then pay shipping once instead of per parcel.
Can I track my shipment to Italy?
Yes. Every shipment gets its own tracking page with the status at our warehouse and the courier information once the parcel is on its way to Italy.
