Does Zalando NL deliver abroad?

What we found on the shop's own pages, with the date we checked. Shipping policies change, so the shop's page is always leading.

Put your DZH code in the second address line or, if there is none, after your name — exactly as it appears in the e-mail with your customer code. We have not checked what the address form at Zalando NL looks like.

Does Zalando NL ship to the USA or to my country?

Zalando.nl's delivery FAQ says orders on Zalando.nl can only be delivered within the Netherlands. Zalando does run its own shops in other countries, among them Belgium, Germany, France, Switzerland and the United Kingdom; if yours is among them, look there first. If not, or if you want something from the Dutch shop, order to our Dutch delivery address with your DZH customer code instead: we receive the parcel, check it and forward it to your door.

How does forwarding a Zalando NL order work?

You sign up once as a reshipper customer and receive a personal customer code plus our delivery address by e-mail. You then order at Zalando NL as usual, using that address and your code. We check and photograph the parcel on arrival, bundle several parcels into one shipment if you wish, and ship it insured with customs paperwork and track & trace.

What does forwarding a Zalando NL order cost?

The starting prices per country on this page are for a 1 kg parcel of 20 × 20 × 10 cm, handling and packaging included; heavier or larger parcels are priced instantly in the calculator. Any domestic delivery charge from Zalando NL to our address comes on top, as does your own country's import duty and VAT outside the EU.
