Does Zalando NL ship to the USA or to my country?
Zalando.nl's FAQ does not confirm delivery outside the Netherlands. If Zalando NL does not deliver to your address, order to our Dutch delivery address with your DZH customer code instead: we receive the parcel, check it and forward it to your door.
How does forwarding a Zalando NL order work?
You sign up once as a reshipper customer and receive a personal customer code plus our delivery address by e-mail. You then order at Zalando NL as usual, using that address and your code. We check and photograph the parcel on arrival, bundle several parcels into one shipment if you wish, and ship it insured with customs paperwork and track & trace.
What does forwarding a Zalando NL order cost?
