Zalando.nl delivers within the Netherlands only, so an Australian address ends the order at checkout. Dutch and other European customers in Australia still go there for European brands and sizes, winter coats before a trip home and the labels that never made it to Australian retail. With your Dutch address at DZH you order at Zalando.nl like a Dutch customer; we receive the parcel, photograph it and hold it until you want to combine several orders into one box for Australia. Not from Zalando.nl: that shop delivers within the Netherlands only. You can still order there with a Dutch address from DZH, with your customer code on the address line, and we forward the parcel to any Australian address with the carrier you choose. You see the label price before we ship.
What do I pay at Australian customs on clothing from Zalando?
Up to AUD 1,000 in value nothing is charged at the border. Above that, 10 % GST and duty (usually 5 %) apply and the carrier collects them before delivery, sometimes with a processing fee. We declare the real purchase value and a clear description, so the parcel clears without questions.
Can I return a Zalando order from Australia?
In principle yes: request the return at Zalando, choose our address as the sender and upload the return label with the parcel in My DZH, and we hand it to the carrier. From Australia the return trip is long and at your cost, and Zalando's return window starts at delivery to our address, so weigh that up first.
