Dutch VAT of 21 % is already in the shop price of €200.00; you pay it to the shop and it is not refunded.
You pay VAT to the shop and import charges at home; we are not the seller and cannot take those away for you.
Import charges in Australia
Up to AUD 1,000 only 10 % GST; above that duty as well.
Up to AUD 1,000 no GST or duty at the border; above it GST 10% and duty (usually 5%) plus an import declaration.
Example: a parcel worth €200.00
- For a parcel worth €200.00 (below AUD 1,000) 10 % GST applies and no duty; how the GST is collected depends on the carrier — expect to pay it on delivery.
- You pay the charges to the carrier on delivery, usually plus a fixed clearance fee.

What do I pay in total for a shipment {naar_land}?
The carrier label plus our handling — both in the calculator in advance — and in addition the import charges of your own country on delivery. VAT to the shop is already in the shop price.
How long does it take {naar_land}?
A parcel from an EU web shop usually reaches your Dutch address within a few working days; we book it in the same or the next working day. Then you choose the carrier, and the calculator shows its delivery time to Australia.
Do I pay import duty {in_land}?
That depends on the value and the product; the rule of your country is above with source and date. We declare the real purchase value and prepare the customs paperwork; the charges themselves you pay to the carrier or your own customs.
