Zalando.nl delivers within the Netherlands only, so an order placed from the United States stops at checkout. With your Dutch address at DZH you order like any Dutch customer; we receive the parcel, bundle it with your other orders if you like, and ship it to the US with the carrier you choose. Clothing and shoes travel light, which keeps the label price low — and returns to Zalando go through our address as well.

Does Zalando ship to the USA?
Not from Zalando.nl: that shop delivers within the Netherlands only. You can still order there with a Dutch address from DZH and have us forward the parcel to the US.
What do I pay in US duty on clothing from Zalando?
Duty depends on the type of garment and the country where it was made, which is often not the Netherlands; there is no flat rate. You pay it to the carrier on delivery. We declare the real purchase value and prepare the customs paperwork.
Can I return a Zalando order from the USA?
Yes: request the return at Zalando, choose our address as the sender, upload the return label with the parcel in My DZH and we hand it to the carrier. Keep an eye on Zalando's return window, which starts at delivery to our address.
