What do I pay in total for a shipment {naar_land}?
The carrier label plus our handling — both in the calculator in advance — and in addition the import charges of your own country on delivery. VAT to the shop is already in the shop price.
How long does it take {naar_land}?
A parcel from an EU web shop usually reaches your Dutch address within a few working days; we book it in the same or the next working day. Then you choose the carrier, and the calculator shows its delivery time to the United States.
Do I pay import duty {in_land}?
That depends on the value and the product; the rule of your country is above with source and date. We declare the real purchase value and prepare the customs paperwork; the charges themselves you pay to the carrier or your own customs.
