Americans who want its bras, swimwear or nightwear therefore order to a Dutch address at DZH and let us forward the parcel. Two things to watch: Hunkemöller uses European sizing, so compare its size chart with your US size before you order, and since 29 August 2025 US duty applies from the first dollar — for lingerie, which is light but not cheap, that duty usually matters more than the shipping label. Hunkemöller's country page lists web shops for European countries only, and hunkemoller.nl describes delivery within the Netherlands; the United States is not among them. Order to your Dutch address at DZH instead, choose home delivery at checkout, and we forward the parcel to the US.
How much US duty do I pay on lingerie from Hunkemöller?
There is no flat rate: since 29 August 2025 duty applies from the first dollar and depends on the garment type and the country where it was made, which is rarely the Netherlands. You pay it to the carrier on delivery. We declare the real purchase value and prepare the customs form; bundling several orders into one parcel saves on shipping, not on duty.
Can I return Hunkemöller items from the USA?
Returns go back through our Dutch address: request the return at Hunkemöller, upload the return label with the parcel in My DZH and we hand it to the carrier. Keep an eye on the return window, which starts when the parcel reaches our address — so check the EU size chart carefully before ordering.
