Frequently asked questions

Does Hunkemöller ship to the USA or to my country?

The delivery FAQ on hunkemoller.nl describes delivery with DHL and pick-up in its stores, but not delivery outside the Netherlands. Hunkemöller does run its own web shops for several other countries, listed on its 'Shop in your country' page; if yours is among them, look there first. If Hunkemöller does not deliver to your address, order to our Dutch delivery address with your DZH customer code instead: we receive the parcel, check it and forward it to your door.

How does forwarding a Hunkemöller order work?

You sign up once as a reshipper customer and receive a personal customer code plus our delivery address by e-mail. You then order at Hunkemöller as usual, using that address and your code. Hunkemöller's own FAQ says it does not deliver to a PO box; our delivery address is an ordinary street address, so choose home delivery at checkout rather than a DHL ServicePoint or a store, or the parcel will not reach us. We check and photograph the parcel on arrival, bundle several parcels into one shipment if you wish, and ship it insured with customs paperwork and track & trace.

What does forwarding a Hunkemöller order cost?

The starting prices per country on this page are for a 1 kg parcel of 20 × 20 × 10 cm, handling and packaging included; heavier or larger parcels are priced instantly in the calculator. Any domestic delivery charge from Hunkemöller to our address comes on top, as does your own country's import duty and VAT outside the EU.
