British customers come to hunkemoller.nl for the wider Dutch range and sizes the UK shop has sold out, and that site delivers with DHL inside the Netherlands only. With your Dutch address at DZH you order like a Dutch customer and we forward the parcel. Since Brexit a parcel from the Netherlands is an import: UK VAT is due from the first pound and duty only above GBP 135. Lingerie is light, so the label is modest; the VAT is the bigger line. If the item or size you want is only on the Dutch site, order it to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward it to the UK.
What do I pay in UK VAT and duty on a Hunkemöller parcel?
UK VAT is charged from the first pound on the goods plus shipping; duty comes on top only when the parcel is worth more than GBP 135. The carrier collects it on delivery, sometimes with a handling fee. We declare the real purchase value and attach the customs form, so there is nothing for you to fill in.
