The shop delivers to Dutch addresses only, so you order to your address at DZH and we forward. Two honest warnings. First, lithium batteries can only travel built into the device; loose battery packs and spare cells are not accepted by the carriers, so register the battery when you announce the parcel. Second, Dutch appliances run on 230 V with a European plug, so check the device is dual-voltage before buying. US duty on electronics applies from the first dollar and depends on the product and where it was made.

MediaMarkt.nl describes delivery to addresses in the Netherlands; the United States is not listed. Order to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward the parcel to the US. Tell us in the parcel description what the device is and whether it contains a battery, so we can choose a carrier that accepts it.
Can you ship a laptop or phone with a lithium battery to the USA?
Yes, as long as the battery is built into the device and shipped in the original packaging. Loose lithium batteries, spare cells and power banks are refused by the carriers we use, and we will not hide them in a box. Tick the battery under restricted goods when you register the parcel and we confirm what is possible.
What do I pay in US duty on electronics from MediaMarkt?
Duty applies from the first dollar and the rate depends on the type of device and the country where it was manufactured, which for electronics is rarely the Netherlands; there is no flat percentage. The carrier collects it on delivery. We declare the real purchase price from your MediaMarkt invoice and prepare the customs documents.
