Forwarding Wehkamp orders to the United States
Wehkamp is the Dutch online department store for fashion, children's clothing, bedding and furniture, with its own labels and European brands that are hard to find in the United States. The shop delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium only, so a US address is refused at checkout. Order to your Dutch address at DZH instead: we receive the parcel, check it, combine it with other orders if you like and ship it to the US with the carrier you choose. Clothing and bedding are light; a cabinet or a chair is priced on weight and size in our calculator. Note that US duty applies from the first dollar and depends on the product and where it was made.

Does Wehkamp ship to the USA?
No. Wehkamp states that outside the Netherlands it delivers only to Belgian addresses, so a US address does not pass the checkout. With a Dutch address from DZH you order as a Dutch customer and we forward the parcel to the United States.
How much US duty do I pay on a Wehkamp order?
There is no single rate: since 29 August 2025 duty applies from the first dollar and the percentage depends on the type of product and the country where it was made, which for clothing is often outside Europe. The carrier collects it on delivery. We declare the real purchase value and prepare the customs documents.
Can I return a Wehkamp item from the USA?
Yes. Register the return with Wehkamp, use our address as the sender and upload the return label with the parcel in My DZH; we hand it to the carrier. Wehkamp's return period runs from delivery at our address, so decide quickly and keep the original packaging.
