Forwarding Suitsupply orders to the United States
Suitsupply has its own US stores and web shop, so most Americans do not need us. The exception is the Dutch web shop: Dutch-only outlet prices, sizes that sold out in the US and items that never cross the Atlantic. Its terms say an order there can only be delivered to an address in the Netherlands, which your Dutch address at DZH takes care of; we receive the parcel and forward it. Read the return policy first, because Suitsupply does not allow cross-country returns. Suits are not heavy, but they are valuable: since 29 August 2025 US duty applies from the first dollar, by garment and country of manufacture, and that will be the biggest line on the bill.

Does Suitsupply ship to the USA?
Yes: Suitsupply's delivery page lists the USA, so its American web shop delivers to you directly. The Dutch web shop is different — its terms say an order there goes only to an address in the Netherlands. To buy from the Dutch shop, order to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward the parcel to the US.
How much US duty do I pay on a Suitsupply suit from the Netherlands?
There is no flat rate. Since 29 August 2025 duty applies from the first dollar and depends on the garment and the country where it was made; for a suit that is a meaningful amount, so compare with the US price before you order. You pay it to the carrier on delivery. We declare the real purchase value and prepare the customs form.
Can I return a Dutch Suitsupply order from the USA?
Suitsupply's return policy says items must be returned in the country of purchase and that cross-country returns are not permitted. A return would therefore have to go back to the Netherlands through our address, at your cost, and Suitsupply decides whether it accepts it. Be sure of your size before ordering from the Dutch shop.
