Forwarding G-Star RAW orders to the United States
G-Star RAW sells in the United States through its own US store, but the Dutch store g-star.com/nl_nl often carries fits, washes and sale prices the American site does not — and its terms let it refuse an order with a delivery address outside the Netherlands. With your Dutch address at DZH that problem disappears: you order as a Dutch customer, we receive the parcel and forward it. Denim is heavier than most clothing, so a pair of jeans makes a noticeable label, but the bigger line is still US duty: since 29 August 2025 it applies from the first dollar, by garment and country of manufacture. We declare the real value and prepare the paperwork.

What G-Star RAW does and does not deliver to the United States

Does G-Star RAW ship to the USA?
G-Star's countries page lists the US, so its American store delivers to you directly. The Dutch store is a different matter: its terms allow G-Star to refuse an order for an address outside the Netherlands. To buy from the Dutch store, order to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward the parcel to the US.
How much US duty do I pay on G-Star jeans?
There is no flat rate. Since 29 August 2025 duty applies from the first dollar and depends on the garment and the country where it was made, which for denim is often outside Europe. You pay it to the carrier on delivery. We declare the real purchase value and prepare the customs form; bundling several orders saves on shipping, not on duty.
Can I return a G-Star order from the USA?
Returns go through our Dutch address: request the return at G-Star, choose our address as the sender, upload the return label with the parcel in My DZH and we hand it to the carrier. The return window starts when the parcel reaches our address, so check G-Star's size guide before you order.
