Does bol.com ship to the USA?
bol.com's delivery pages cover the Netherlands and Belgium only; the United States is not listed. Order to your Dutch address at DZH instead, with your customer code on the address line, and we forward the parcel to any US address with the carrier you choose.
Do I pay US duty on books and games from bol.com?
Since 29 August 2025 the US no longer waives duty on small parcels, so duty can apply from the first dollar. The rate depends on the product and where it was made; there is no flat percentage. The carrier collects it on delivery. We declare the real purchase value and prepare the customs form.
Can I return something to bol.com from the USA?
Yes. Request the return in your bol.com account, choose our address as the sender and upload the return label with the parcel in My DZH; we hand it to the carrier. Shipping it back to the Netherlands from the US is at your cost, so check bol.com's return window and terms first.
