Zalando.nl delivers within the Netherlands only, so an order from Canada stops at checkout. That is a pity for the European brands, sizes and winter collections Zalando carries that are hard to find in Canadian stores. With your Dutch address at DZH you order at Zalando.nl like a Dutch customer; we receive the parcel, photograph it, bundle several orders if you like and ship it to Canada with the customs paperwork. Clothing is light, so the label price stays reasonable even across the Atlantic. Canada's exemption for parcels from the EU is only CAD 20, so expect GST/HST on the value and duty on most garments, which the carrier collects before delivery.

Not from Zalando.nl: that shop delivers within the Netherlands only. You can still order there with a Dutch address from DZH, using your customer code on the address line, and we forward the parcel to any Canadian address with the carrier you choose, tracking and customs paperwork included.
What do I pay at Canadian customs on clothing from Zalando?
For parcels from the EU the Canadian exemption is only CAD 20. Above that you pay GST or HST on the value, plus duty that depends on the garment and the country where it was made, which is often not the Netherlands. The carrier collects these amounts before delivery. We declare the real purchase value and describe each item correctly.
Can I return a Zalando order from Canada?
Yes: request the return at Zalando, choose our address as the sender and upload the return label with the parcel in My DZH; we hand it to the carrier. The trip back from Canada is long and at your cost, and Zalando's return window starts at delivery to our address, so check the dates before you decide.
