Zalando runs a British shop of its own, so for most fashion a customer in the United Kingdom does not need us. The Dutch shop still matters when the item, size or brand you want is only listed on Zalando.nl: Zalando.nl delivers within the Netherlands only, so you cannot send that order to a UK address. With your Dutch address at DZH you order like a Dutch customer; we receive the parcel, bundle it with other orders if you like and ship it across the Channel. Since Brexit every parcel from the Netherlands is an import: UK VAT applies from the first pound and duty only above GBP 135.

What Zalando NL does and does not deliver to the United Kingdom

Does Zalando ship to the UK?
Zalando lists the United Kingdom among the countries with their own Zalando shop, so check that shop first. Zalando.nl itself delivers within the Netherlands only. If the item or size you want is only on Zalando.nl, order it to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward it to any UK address.
What do I pay in UK VAT and duty on clothing from Zalando.nl?
UK VAT applies from the first pound of value. Up to GBP 135 there is no duty; above that, duty applies as well, depending on the garment and where it was made. The carrier collects these charges before or at delivery. We declare the real purchase value with a correct description of each item.
Can I return a Zalando.nl order from the UK?
Yes: request the return at Zalando, choose our address as the sender and upload the return label with the parcel in My DZH; we hand it to the carrier. Sending it back from the UK to the Netherlands is at your cost, and Zalando's return window starts at delivery to our address, so decide quickly.
