Does Rituals deliver abroad?

What we found on the shop's own pages, with the date we checked. Shipping policies change, so the shop's page is always leading.

  • Rituals' Dutch delivery FAQ says that to send an order to another country, you select the Rituals website for that country.

Where does your DZH code go at Rituals?

Put your DZH code in the second address line or, if there is none, after your name — exactly as it appears in the e-mail with your customer code. We have not checked what the address form at Rituals looks like.

Frequently asked questions

Does Rituals ship to the USA or to my country?

Rituals' Dutch FAQ says that for delivery to another country you select the Rituals website of that country, and that if your country is not in the list, Rituals does not ship there at the moment. If your country has its own Rituals site, look there first. If not, or if you want something from the Dutch range, order to our Dutch delivery address with your DZH customer code instead: we receive the parcel, check it and forward it to your door.

Can you forward perfume and aerosols from Rituals?

Not always. Perfume and aerosols are subject to transport rules that differ per destination and shipping method, so they are allowed only with restrictions. Tick them under the restricted goods when you register the parcel: we check per item what can go to your country and tell you in advance if something cannot come along.

What does forwarding a Rituals order cost?

The starting prices per country on this page are for a 1 kg parcel of 20 × 20 × 10 cm, handling and packaging included; heavier or larger parcels are priced instantly in the calculator. Any domestic delivery charge from Rituals to our address comes on top, as does your own country's import duty and VAT outside the EU.
