Forwarding Rituals orders to the United Kingdom
Rituals shops are a familiar sight on British high streets, yet the Dutch webshop still has its own appeal: Dutch-only gift sets, seasonal editions and prices that can differ from the UK range. Rituals points you to the website of your own country and does not ship to countries outside its list, so for the Dutch range you order to your address at DZH and we forward it. Be aware that perfume, body mist and aerosols are flammable liquids and not every carrier carries them across the Channel; register them and we check per item. Since Brexit UK VAT is due on every parcel from the Netherlands, and duty above GBP 135.

What Rituals does and does not deliver to the United Kingdom

Rituals' Dutch delivery FAQ says that to send an order to another country, you select the Rituals website for that country.

The same answer says you can only use the payment methods approved for that country, that stock can differ per country, and that if your country is not in the list, Rituals does not ship there at the moment.

Does Rituals ship to the UK?
Rituals' Dutch FAQ says you order on the Rituals site of your own country and that countries outside its list are not served at the moment. If what you want exists on a UK site, buy it there. For the Dutch range, order to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward the parcel to the United Kingdom.
What do I pay in UK VAT and duty on a Rituals order?
UK VAT is charged on the declared value from the first pound. Duty is added only when the value is above GBP 135, at a rate that depends on the product, for example a cream versus a candle. The carrier collects both before delivery, usually with a handling fee. We declare the real purchase price from your Rituals invoice.
Can I return a Rituals order from the UK?
Yes. Request the return with Rituals, use our Dutch address as the sender and upload the return label with the parcel in My DZH; we hand it to the carrier. The return period runs from delivery at our address. Perfume and aerosols that could not be shipped to you can be returned from our address straight away.
