Does Intertoys deliver abroad?

What we found on the shop's own pages, with the date we checked. Shipping policies change, so the shop's page is always leading.

  • The Intertoys delivery page lists two delivery options: home delivery with DHL, tracked with a Track & Trace code, and Click & Collect at an Intertoys store.

Where does your DZH code go at Intertoys?

Put your DZH code in the second address line or, if there is none, after your name — exactly as it appears in the e-mail with your customer code. We have not checked what the address form at Intertoys looks like.

Does Intertoys ship to the USA or to my country?

The Intertoys customer service pages describe home delivery with DHL and Click & Collect at its stores; delivery to other countries is not described there, so check with the shop. If Intertoys does not deliver to your address, order to our Dutch delivery address with your DZH customer code instead: we receive the parcel, check it and forward it to your door.

My Intertoys order arrives in several parcels — can you ship them together?

That can happen: Intertoys says an order with several products may be shipped from different locations, each parcel with its own Track & Trace. We receive, check and photograph every parcel and let you know when it is in; if you wish, we bundle them into one shipment, insured and with customs paperwork.

What does it cost to forward a large toy from Intertoys?

The starting prices per country on this page are for a small standard parcel, handling and packaging included; a larger or heavier toy is priced instantly in the calculator, so check it before you order. For items too large or too heavy for regular parcel post, Intertoys itself charges extra delivery costs, shown with the product information; that charge and any other delivery charge from Intertoys to our address come on top, as does your own country's import duty and VAT outside the EU.
