What UK VAT and duty do I pay on toys from Intertoys?
VAT applies from the first pound on the toys plus shipping; duty only comes in when the value exceeds GBP 135 and then depends on the type of toy and where it was made. The carrier collects the amount at delivery and may add a handling charge. We declare the prices from your Intertoys order, so keep the confirmation.
My Intertoys order comes in several parcels; can you send them as one?
Yes. Intertoys says an order with several products may be shipped from different locations, each parcel with its own Track & Trace. We register and photograph every parcel, tell you when it is in, and hold everything until the last one arrives; then you release one bundled shipment to the UK, insured and with a single customs declaration.
