Does Coolblue ship to the USA?

Forwarding Coolblue orders to Canada

For Dutch families in Canada, Coolblue is the shop for a Senseo machine, Philips grooming gear, an e-reader with Dutch books or the headphones a teenager wants from home. Coolblue's delivery page describes options for the Netherlands and links to shops for Belgium and Germany; Canada is not mentioned, so a Canadian address stops at checkout. With a Dutch address from DZH you order as a Dutch customer; we receive the parcel, photograph it and ship it to Canada with customs paperwork. Check the voltage first: Canada runs on 120 volts, so not every Dutch appliance works there. Canada's exemption for parcels from the EU is only CAD 20, so expect GST/HST on almost every shipment.

You know the price before you order. No subscription, no minimum term.

What Coolblue does and does not deliver to Canada

  • Coolblue's delivery FAQ says small products can come as standard or evening delivery or be collected from a PostNL point, and that for large products delivered by Coolblue itself (CoolblueBezorgt) you choose a four-hour time slot at an extra charge.

Frequently asked questions

Does Coolblue ship to Canada?

Coolblue's delivery page covers the Netherlands and links to its Belgian and German shops; Canada is not mentioned. Order to your Dutch address at DZH with your customer code, and we forward the parcel to any Canadian address with the carrier you choose. For heavy or bulky appliances, ask us for a price first.

What do I pay at Canadian customs on a Coolblue order?

For parcels from the EU the Canadian exemption is only CAD 20. Above that you pay GST or HST on the value plus duty that depends on the product and where it was made. The carrier collects these amounts before delivery, sometimes with a brokerage fee. We declare the real purchase value and a precise description of the device.

Will a Coolblue device work in Canada?

Canada uses 120 volts and North American plugs; the Netherlands uses 230 volts with European plugs. Laptops, phones, cameras and most chargers handle both and only need a plug adapter, but kettles, coffee machines and hair dryers usually do not. Check the supported voltage on the product page before ordering.
