Dutch people in the United Kingdom use Coolblue for the things that are hard to find or oddly priced in British shops: Senseo and Philips accessories, e-readers, headphones, phone cases and small kitchen gear. Coolblue's delivery page describes options for the Netherlands and links to its Belgian and German shops; the UK is not mentioned, so a British address fails at checkout. Order to your Dutch address at DZH instead: we receive the parcel, photograph it and send it across the Channel with the carrier you choose. Since Brexit every parcel from the Netherlands is an import: UK VAT applies from the first pound, duty only above GBP 135.

Does Coolblue ship to the UK?
Coolblue's delivery page covers the Netherlands and links to its Belgian and German shops; the United Kingdom is not mentioned there. Order to your Dutch address at DZH with your customer code, and we forward the parcel to any UK address with tracking and the customs paperwork already attached.
What do I pay in UK VAT and duty on a Coolblue order?
UK VAT is charged from the first pound of value. Up to GBP 135 there is no duty; above that duty applies as well, depending on the product and where it was made. The carrier collects these charges before or at delivery. We declare the real purchase value with a clear description of the device.
Can I use a Coolblue device in the UK?
Both countries use 230 volts, so the device itself works. The difference is the plug: Coolblue ships devices with a European plug, while UK sockets take the three-pin plug. A plug adapter or a UK power cable solves it. Devices with large lithium batteries may limit the carrier choice, so ask us before ordering those.
