Perfume and cosmetics
Dutch shops sell perfume, skincare and make-up that you do not always find abroad, or not at that price. Order to our Dutch delivery address and we forward it; for perfume we first check which route your country allows.
You know the price before you order. No subscription, no minimum term.
What can go

Creams, lotions, serums, powders and non-flammable make-up travel as normal cosmetics with every carrier; the one exception is Turkey, where PostNL does not take cosmetics and we choose another carrier.

What cannot go
- Aerosols and spray cans such as deodorant spray, hairspray and dry shampoo: none of our carriers take them.
- Perfume, aftershave and nail polish to destinations outside the EU, or on any route by air.
- Medicines, CBD products, vapes and e-cigarettes, even when a cosmetics shop sells them.
- Opened, leaking or damaged bottles: they are not insured and can ruin the rest of the parcel.
Size and weight
A parcel can measure up to 175 × 78 × 58 cm and weigh up to 29.9 kg; that is our largest box. Bigger or heavier? Ask us and we check case by case.
Calculate your priceHow we pack it
Every bottle and jar goes into a sealed bag, wrapped in bubble wrap and packed upright between filling so nothing can shift or leak. Liquids never share a parcel with anything that contains a battery, so a perfume and a hair straightener ship separately.

Why can my perfume not go by air?
Perfume and aftershave contain alcohol and count as flammable liquids, which the postal and air networks refuse. Within the EU a small quantity can go by road; we check this per parcel before you pay, and if it cannot go you hear it before we ship.
My perfume cost more than € 100. Is it insured?
Every shipment is insured up to € 99 as standard. For a more valuable parcel, request Extra insurance in Mijn DZH before we ship, with the purchase receipt; once the label is printed it can no longer be added.
Do I pay customs on cosmetics?
Outside the EU your country charges import duty and VAT on the purchase value; some countries also have their own rules for cosmetics. We add the invoice to the parcel and check the destination rules before we ship.
