What we ship

Bicycles and e-bike parts

Dutch bike shops stock brands and parts you rarely find abroad: Gazelle and Batavus parts, Cortina accessories, Brooks saddles and Shimano groupsets at Dutch prices, often from shops that only deliver within the Netherlands. Order to your Dutch address; we receive the parcel, book it in with a photo and forward it to you.

You know the price before you order. No subscription, no minimum term.

How we pack it

Wheels and frames travel in a flat, sturdy box with the axles and dropouts padded; small parts from several orders are boxed together so you pay for one parcel instead of several. We keep the shop's packaging where it is good. An extra check, extra photos or repacking are extras with a fixed price in My DZH.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay customs duty on bike parts?

Within the EU no customs apply. Outside the EU the receiving country charges duty and VAT on the purchase value; we put the invoice and the HS code on the customs form so the parcel is not held.

Is my frame or wheelset insured?

Every shipment is insured as standard up to € 99 against loss, damage and theft. Worth more? Request Extra insurance before shipping, with the purchase receipt.

Can you combine parts from several shops?

Yes. Parcels wait at your Dutch address and leave together in one box when you say so; that is usually cheaper than several parcels and outside the EU it is one customs clearance.
