G-Star RAW's countries page lists the UK, so British customers can use the British store directly; the Dutch store g-star.com/nl_nl is where they go for Dutch sale prices, archive fits and sizes the UK store no longer stocks. Its terms allow G-Star to refuse an order with a delivery address outside the Netherlands, which your Dutch address at DZH avoids: you order as a Dutch customer and we forward the parcel. Since Brexit that parcel is an import — UK VAT from the first pound, duty only above GBP 135. A couple of pairs of jeans sit under that limit, so for most orders the VAT is the only extra; we declare the real value and prepare the customs form.

Does G-Star RAW ship to the UK?
Yes, through its British store: the UK is on G-Star's countries page. The Dutch store is different — its terms let G-Star refuse an order for an address outside the Netherlands. If the fit or price you want is only on the Dutch store, order it to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward it to the UK.
What do I pay in UK VAT and duty on G-Star jeans from the Netherlands?
UK VAT is charged from the first pound on the goods plus shipping. Duty only comes on top when the parcel is worth more than GBP 135, so keep that limit in mind when you bundle several orders into one box. The carrier collects both on delivery; we declare the real purchase value and attach the customs form.
Can I pay at the Dutch G-Star store with a British card?
G-Star's Dutch payment FAQ lists iDEAL, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Klarna and Apple Pay, but does not say whether cards issued outside the Netherlands are accepted. Try your own card or PayPal first; if checkout fails, our personal shopper places and pays the order and the parcel arrives under your customer code.
