Forwarding Wehkamp orders to Canada
Canadian families with a Dutch connection know Wehkamp for children's clothing, bedding, toys and its home and living range at Dutch prices. The shop ships to the Netherlands and Belgium only, so a Canadian address is refused at checkout. Order to your Dutch address at DZH: we receive the parcel, check it, bundle several orders into one box if you want, and send it to Canada with the carrier you pick. Keep in mind that Canada's exemption for parcels from the EU is just CAD 20, so GST or HST and possibly duty apply to almost every order; the carrier collects them on delivery. Heavy or bulky items are priced on weight and volume in our calculator before you decide.
You know the price before you order. No subscription, no minimum term.

Frequently asked questions
Does Wehkamp ship to Canada?
No. Wehkamp states that outside the Netherlands it delivers only to Belgian addresses, so Canada is not an option at checkout. With a Dutch address from DZH you order like a Dutch customer and we forward the parcel to your Canadian address, customs paperwork included.
What do I pay in Canadian tax and duty on a Wehkamp order?
For goods from the EU the exemption is only CAD 20, so nearly every order is taxed. You pay GST or HST depending on your province, plus duty at a rate that depends on the product, for instance clothing versus bedding. The carrier collects these on delivery, sometimes with a brokerage fee. We declare the real purchase value.
Can I return a Wehkamp item from Canada?
Yes, but weigh it up first: the return parcel has to travel back to the Netherlands at your cost and Wehkamp's return period runs from delivery at our address. Register the return with Wehkamp, use our address as the sender and upload the label with the parcel in My DZH; we hand it to the carrier.
