Forwarding Wehkamp orders to the United Kingdom
Plenty of Dutch people live and work in the UK, and Wehkamp is the shop they miss: children's clothing in Dutch sizes, bedding for Dutch mattress sizes, Dutch brands for home and living. Wehkamp delivers to the Netherlands and Belgium only, so a British address is refused. With a Dutch address at DZH you order as usual; we receive the parcel, check it and ship it across the Channel with a customs declaration. Since Brexit every parcel from the Netherlands carries UK VAT, and duty when the value is above GBP 135, so keep the invoice handy. Bulky furniture is possible but priced on volume, which you see in our calculator before ordering.

Does Wehkamp ship to the UK?
No. According to Wehkamp's customer service, outside the Netherlands it delivers only to Belgian addresses. Order to your Dutch address at DZH and we forward the parcel to anywhere in the United Kingdom, with the customs paperwork prepared.
What do I pay in UK VAT and duty on a Wehkamp parcel?
UK VAT is charged on the declared value of the goods from the first pound. Duty is added only when the value is above GBP 135, at a rate that depends on the product. The carrier collects both before or at delivery, usually with a handling charge. We declare the real purchase price from your Wehkamp invoice.
Can I return a Wehkamp order from the UK?
Yes. Register the return with Wehkamp, choose our Dutch address as the sender and upload the return label with the parcel in My DZH; we hand it over to the carrier. The return period runs from delivery at our address, so decide quickly. We can also hold a parcel for a few days if you are still deciding.
